These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Build to Bill Blueprint website and any request for services initiated through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Services overview
Build to Bill Blueprint is an operator-grade revenue and adoption acceleration program for broadband and fiber internet providers. The initial engagement commonly begins with an on-site Phase I Assessment, followed by delivery of a tailored execution plan and (optionally) hands-on deployment support.
Scheduling and deposits
- Deposit purpose: The $25,000 deposit reserves a start date window (typically within the next 30 days) and funds mobilization, pre-work, and on-site assessment readiness.
- Application of deposit: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the deposit is applied toward Phase I Assessment fees and associated mobilization costs.
- Refundability: Deposits are generally non-refundable once a start date is confirmed and mobilization begins. If we are unable to schedule within the agreed window for reasons solely within our control, we will work with you to reschedule promptly or provide a refund at our discretion consistent with applicable law.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and company information when submitting forms.
- Provide reasonable access to relevant systems, metrics, and personnel during the assessment (including CRM/BSS/OSS, network maps, adoption data, marketing channels, and operational workflows), as available and permitted.
- Ensure a safe on-site working environment for any in-person assessment or deployment activity.
Confidentiality
Information you share with us in connection with an assessment request may include confidential business details. We treat such information as confidential and use it only to evaluate, scope, and perform requested services, subject to legal requirements and the limitations of these Terms.
Website use
You may not use the site to submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, or scrape data. We may restrict access for suspected abuse, security risk, or fraud.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Your payment is subject to Stripe’s terms and policies. We do not store full payment card information on the website.
Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific financial results, adoption rates, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on market conditions, execution, and inputs provided. The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site.
